EZ Touch Screening does not provide refunds for rapid drug tests, background checks, ink fingerprinting, DNA testing, or any screening services once the service has been performed, processed, scheduled, or submitted. Clients are responsible for verifying all personal information before services are completed. In the event a client misses an appointment or provides incorrect information, additional fees may apply to reschedule or reprocess services.
